ALLENTOWN, PA. -- A goal early in the second half was the lone score in a 1-0 decision as the Griffins fell at Muhlenberg Sunday afternoon.

Goalie Kailey Hopkins faced off against 28 shots and 13 shots on goal, the senior was a save shy of tying a career high, finishing the day with 12 stops.

The Mule's Karolyn Kawa netted the lone score 1:36 into the second half on a shot just inside the box.

Gwynedd Mercy (0-2) will get back at it on Wednesday, when they play at Delaware Valley University.
