Game 1

With two outs in the fourth inning, Behr smacked a double to score pinch runner
Emily Shaheen for the game's first run.
Brianna Polly would follow with another clutch two-out double to plate Behr for a 2-0 lead.
Marywood would look to answer in the top of the fifth with a one-out double but Hess and company were able to keep the Pacers scoreless when
Alyssa Morales fielded a grounder to end the threat. Morales tripled with one out in the home half of the inning and score on
Lauren Waller's base hit. Waller got herself to second on a stolen base to setup another two-out RBI single from
Tori Sherwood for the four-run lead.
Hess would retire the Pacers in order in the sixth. In the seventh Marywood would put a runner on but
Amanda Clark would gun down a potential stolen base to help preserve the shutout victory.
Game 2
Both teams combined for 19 runs and 27 hits in the nightcap as the teams traded leads four times total.
Marywood capitalized on a pair of Griffin errors to plate three runs in the first. However Christoffers and Behr would answer with solo home runs to trail 3-2 after one inning of play.
The Pacers would score again on a Griffin miscue in the third and would hold a 4-2 lead heading into the bottom of the fourth. Waller would start a rally in the home half of the fourth with a lead-off single and stolen base. Sherwood would follow to plate Waller to cut into the lead. Sherwood would later score in the inning tying the game at 4-4 when she scored on a Pacer error with two outs.
In the fifth, another Griffin error would lead to a Marywood run but Gwynedd would respond with RBI's from Waller and
Alex Kinal to lead 6-5 heading into the sixth.
Marywood would retake the lead in the sixth on a pair of RBI doubles. The Griffins took the lead for goo in the home half, getting a big two-run double from
Amanda Clark and an even bigger two-run triple from Waller as part of a five-run frame.
The Pacers would not go quietly in their final at bats putting a pair of runners on and scoring a run but Hess would induce a pop up to close the book on the 11-8 victory.
Christoffers was 4-for-4 and was a triple shy of the cycle. Clark and Waller each finished with three hits. Hess earned the win in relief of starter Morales, who went into the sixth.
