RADNOR, PA. -- Cabrini handed Gwynedd Mercy a 3-0 defeat in Atlantic East Conference action on Saturday.

Goalie Kace Peters made eight saves as he saw 27 shots from the Cavaliers on the day.

Cabrini scored in the first half on a goal from Sal Zampirri in the 20th minute. Peters made five of his eight stops in the first 45 minutes to keep it a one-goal game heading into halftime. The Cavaliers struck for goals in the 70th and 76th minutes respectively to account for the scoring.

The Griffins will play Delaware Valley on Tues evening. Their game against Rosemont, originally scheduled for Thursday, has been moved to next Saturday, the 27th at noon. There will be no makeup for the Valley Forge game.
