GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- Gwynedd Mercy totaled a season-high 16 aces in a 3-0 win over Rosemont to help stop an eight-game skid. Set scores were 25-8, 25-13, and 25-9.

Freshman Jessica Behr (Philadelphia, Pa./MaST Charter) also tallied a season and personal best 10 kills and added a solo block as the Griffins (8-22, 2-8 CSAC) won their home finale. Tomorrow they'll close out the regular season with a date at Baptist Bible starting at 7 p.m.

For the game, Gwynedd hit .309 (22-5-55), including Behr who was 10-0-14 (.714) on the night.

Eve Romanowski had seven kills while Leilani Carter added eight digs for the Ravens (2-22, 1-9 CSAC). As a team, Rosemont was 17-19-67 (-.030) hitting.

Getting in on the service ace party was Lauren Tressel (Pembroke, Ma./Pembroke) with four and Brianna Greer (Philadelphia, Pa./Bishop McDevitt) and Laura Kirk (Saegertown, Pa./Maplewood) with three apiece.
