READING, PA. -- In a tri-match at Albright on Saturday, the Griffins fell to the host Lions, 3-0, and to King's, 3-0.

Set scores vs. Albright were 25-8, 25-12, and 25-12, and against King's, scores were 25-20, 25-15, 25-13.

Kasey Loring (West Chester, Pa./West Chester East) would register a personal-best 13 digs against King's. The freshman added four kills, two block assists, and an ace. In the match with Albright, Loring and fellow rookie Rachel Haeuser (Philadelphia, Pa./Harry S. Truman) also shared the team lead in digs with eight.

The Griffins (1-10) return to action next weekend when they travel to Bryn Mawr as part of a tri-match with the host Owls and McDaniel. GM will take on McDaniel at 2 p.m. followed by a 4 p.m. start against Bryn Mawr.
