GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- With a 3-0 CSAC win over Notre Dame on Saturday morning, Gwynedd-Mercy was able to end a five-game losing skid. Game scores were 25-9, 25-15, and 25-21.

The Griffins (4-12, 2-4 CSAC) put out 28 kills on 72 attempts (.238) and had 16 total service aces.

Senior Rachel Lambert (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) again paced the offense, notching 10 kills and adding three blocks (two solo). Senior Maria Stilwell (Ridley, Pa./Swarthmore) had six of the 16 aces while Aileen Reilly (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) totaled 10 digs.

GM had nine kills and just one hitting error in the first set (25-9).

Gwynedd will look for their third conference win on the year when they travel to Keystone on Tuesday night in a 7 p.m. start.
