BETHLEHEM, PA. -- Moravian handed Gwynedd-Mercy a 3-0 non-league defeat Friday night as the Griffins lost their fifth match in a row. Game scores were 25-13, 25-17, and 25-16.

Gwynedd had 19 team kills on the night, with nine of those from senior Rachel Lambert (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West). Sophomore Stephanie Farrar (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) added five.

Senior Maria Stilwell (Swarthmore, Pa./Ridley) came up with a team-high eight digs.

JeanAnne Carey led the Greyhounds (14-9), out of the Landmark Conference, with a match-high eight kills. Kelly Brown chipped in 21 assists with five digs and two aces.

The Griffins (4-12) will look to stop the slide when they host Notre Dame in a CSAC matchup in an early 11 a.m. start.
