GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- Gwynedd-Mercy cruised to its fifth win in a row, as the Griffins blanked Neumann, 4-0, in a Colonial States Athletic Conference matchup Tuesday night.

Senior Casey Dellostretto (Hatboro, Pa./Upper Moreland) and sophomore Maria Karidas (Richboro, Pa./Council Rock South) each had a goal and an assist as the Griffins (8-3, 4-0 CSAC) stayed unbeaten in league play.

Freshman goalie Kelly Kruk (Phoenixville, Pa./Methacton) registered four saves for her second shutout on the year.

Gwynedd also got goals from sophomore Sarah Jackson (Sewell, N.J./Washington Twp.) and freshman Brooke Stretch (Havertown, Pa./Archbishop Prendergast) also scored as GM built a 3-0 first-half lead. Dellostretto put the Griffins ahead early, converting on a penalty corner just 2:12 into the game.

Lindsey Kasecamp made 14 saves for the Knights (2-9, 1-2 CSAC).

The Griffins continue conference play on Saturday when they travel to Cedar Crest with a 1 p.m. start time.
