Dennis Kennedy joined the Gwynedd Mercy University women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant prior to the 2024 season. A licensed coach with 20 years of experience, Coach Kennedy also owns ten additional years of involvement in the sport as a referee. Focused on recruiting, game day procedures, practice planning, and other team-building activities, he previously worked alongside Head Coach Michael Nelms at Council Rock United Soccer Club for 10 years.
Outside athletics, Coach Kennedy is a business and technology executive at Johnson & Johnson. He earned a bachelor’s degrees in business law and information technology (1986) and a master’s degree in business management from Temple University (1990).
