FRESHMAN (2024-2025) – Heft was a major contributor to the Griffins’ success in the throwing events as she earned AEC Weekly Honor Roll recognition for performances on March 24, April 6, and April 13. She contributed four points to Gwynedd Mercy University’s fifth-place finish (5^th of 6, 64.5 points) at the AEC Women’s Track and Field Championships (May 3 & 4) with her fifth-place throws in the Shot Put (5^th, 9.65, 2 points) and Javelin (5^th, 28.64, 2 points). Heft also placed seventh in the Hammer (7^th, 25.61) and 10^th in the Discus (10^th, 22.66); her Hammer and Discus throws also served as personal records. She established her personal record in the Discus (20^th, 23.61) at the Stockton University Invitational (Mar. 22) and did the same in the Shot Put (5^th, 9.83) at the Osprey Open (Mar. 28 & 29).
