Molly Naylor joined the Gwynedd Mercy University women's lacrosse coaching staff as an assistant prior to the 2027 season. A former goalkeeper and 2020 graduate of Arcadia University, Coach Naylor will serve as the Griffins’ goalkeeping coach for the upcoming season. She also currently holds positions with Ultimate Lacrosse (2022 – current) and Central Bucks West High School (2020 – current).
 
After graduating from Arcadia University with a bachelor’s degree in international business, Coach Naylor acquired a learning and development consultant position with International SOS. There, she evaluates the organizations efficiency in addressing international health services, creates and designs internal signage and training courses for professional development, and collaborates with stakeholders to identify future internal competency gaps.
 
Coach Naylor ensured she would remain connected to the lacrosse world by joining the Central Bucks West girls’ lacrosse staff as an assistant prior to graduation from Arcadia University. With the Bucks, Coach Naylor modified coaching techniques and developed training programs to enhance individual athletic ability, performance, and teamwork. She also assisted in implementation of strategic games plans tailored to opponent strengths and weaknesses while fostering positive relationships with students, parents, fellow coaches, and school administrators. In 2022, Coach Naylor became a goalkeeper coach with Ultimate Lacrosse. Using her personal experience as an intercollegiate student-athlete, she worked with individual players to set goals and design coaching programs focused on enhancing fundamental goalkeeping skills and techniques.
 
Coach Naylor was a member of the Arcadia University women’s lacrosse team from 2016 to 2019, making 13 starts in 21 intercollegiate contests with the Knights. An impressive sophomore season (2018) saw Naylor earn a 7-7 record in 16 games played (13 games started). She posted a .356 save percentage on 386 shots faced and posted a 13.17 goals-against average (GAA) while recording 34 ground balls and four caused turnovers.
