Kate McNalley joined the Griffin coaching staff in November 2016 where she brings her extensive knowledge of lacrosse and competitive drive to help Coach Algeo lead the Women's Lacrosse Team. She will focus on guiding the Griffin attack.

McNalley is a graduate of Drexel University where she earned a Business Degree while playing for the highly competitive Division 1 Women's Lacrosse Team. She played in all 17 games as a freshman and earned a three-year starting spot on attack. McNalley was a top leader in scoring for the Dragons and a Colonial Athletic Association Scholar Athlete. She also led the team in game winning goals as a senior. After graduating, she served as a student-athlete mentor to incoming freshman lacrosse players.

McNalley attended Springfield High School where she led the Cougars to back-to-back District I State Championships and a Central League Title. She was named First-Team All-Central League and First-Team All-Delco while ranking second in Delaware County in scoring and was top in assists.
