SOPHOMORE (2021) – Bennett garnered an All-Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Second Team honor with her 10^th-place (27:49.0) finish at the AEC Women’s Cross Country Championship (Oct. 30, 6K). She was the first Griffin across the finish line at the Philadelphia Metro Meet (Sept. 11, 5K) with her 25^th-place time of 24:16.0 and the Lehigh University’s Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 1, 6K) with a 187^th-place time of 27:16.2. Bennett also finished 10^th (24:59.2) at the Griffin Five-kilometer (5K) Invitational (Sept. 4, 5K), 69^th (27:42.6) at the Osprey Open (Sept. 25, 6K), 246^th (28:23.5) at the Inter-Regional Border Battle (Oct. 16, 6K), second (23:13) in the Gwynedd Mercy University End of the Season 5K (Nov. 6, 5K), and 113^th (26:45.9) at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) DIII Metro Regional Championship (Nov. 11, 6K).

JUNIOR (2022) – Bennett earned her second straight All-AEC Second Team honor with an 11^th-place time of 27:06.3 at the AEC Championship Meet (8K, Oct. 29). She was the Griffins’ top finisher in the event as well as The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) Invitational (6K, Sept. 23), where she finished the six-kilometer course in 35^th-place with a time of 27:17.1. Bennett helped the Griffins to a first-place (1^st of 3, 32 points) at their own season-opening Gwynedd Mercy University Invitational (Sept. 1) with a ninth-place finish (25:11.0) in the five-kilometer (5K) race. She also finished 56^th (23:33.49) at Stockton University’s Osprey Memorial Invitational (5K, Sept. 8), 239^th (27:45.3) at Rowan University’s Border Battle (6K, Oct. 15), and 112^th (29:03) at the NCAA DIII Metro Championship Meet (6K, Nov. 12).

SENIOR (2023) – Bennett competed in all eight of the Griffins’ scheduled events and served as Gwynedd Mercy University’s top finisher in three of them with her times at Lebanon Valley College’s Dutchman Invitational (120^th, 24:17.30 on Sept. 9), the Penn State Abington Invitational (25^th, 30:38.40 on Sept. 30), and the DeSales University Invitational (32^nd, 27:35.50 on Oct. 7). She finished the four-kilometer (4K) season-opener at the Misericordia University Invitational (Sept. 1) with a time of 20:37.90 (90^th) and she recorded her best 8K time the following week at the Dutchman Invitational.
