In his seventh year as an assistant coach, Harrow will be working primarily with the
guards, as well as advance team scouting and recruiting. Prior to earning his bachelor’s
degree from Cabrini, he spent three seasons as a player with the Cav's Men’s Team (96-99).
Harrow returned to the Cabrini bench in 1999 as an assistant under John Dzik until 2002. As an assistant, the Cavaliers won the school’s eighth PAC Championship and advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2002. The following season he joined the women’s coaching staff for two seasons before moving on to join the Griffins’ staff.
