SOPHOMORE (2021-2022) – Soubik was named to the 2022 Philadelphia Area Sports Information Directors Association (Philly-SIDA) All-Area Men's Track and Field Team after earning the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Track Athlete and Rookie of the Year titles with All-AEC performances in the 200-Meter (1^st Team, 1st, 23.84), 400-Meter (1^st Team, 1^st, 51.87), and the 100-Meter (2^nd Team, 2^nd, 11.45.). He was also named to the AEC Men's Track and Field Weekly Honor Roll on May 3 after Top-20 finishes in The College of New Jersey's (TCNJ) Lions' Invitational 400-Meter (16^th, 51.72) and 200-Meter (11^th, 22.57) races. During the course of the season, Soubik posted personal bests in the 60-Meter (9^th, 7.41 @ Bow Tie Invitational on Dec. 10), 500-Meter (26^th, 1:11.74 @ NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 21), 55-Meter (2^nd, 6.80 @ Muhlenberg College Indoor Invitational on Jan. 28), 100-Meter (5^th, 11.32 @ Ursinus College Outdoor Invitational on Apr. 9), 400-Meter (16^th, 51.72 @ Lions’ Invitational on Apr. 30), and 200-Meter (11^th, 22.57 @ Lions’ Invitational on Apr. 30).

JUNIOR (2022-2023)- Soubik after an outstanding sophomore season continued his junior season with similar accolades. Soubik was named 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Academic All-District Men's Track and Field Team as well as became the fourth Griffin to earn recognition from the Philadelphia Area Sports Information Directors Association (PhillySIDA) during the recently completed year of competition as he was selected to the organization's 2022-2023 Men's Track and Field Academic All-Area Team. He earned Gwynedd Mercy University third place (3^rd of 5, 56 points) at the 2023 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Men's Track and Field Championship Meet (May 5 & 6) with top finishes in the 100-Meter (2nd, 11.19), 200-Meter (1st, 22.28). 400-Meter (2nd, 50.87), and 4x400-Meter (4th, 3:42.95). Soubik's finishes in the 100-Meter and 200-Meter at this even were new personal records for him.  A two day even on April 21 and 22nd at  The Widener University Invitational, Soubik would yet again record a new milestone where he set a career best in the 400-Meter (20th, 50.63).

SENIOR (2023-2024) – Soubik enjoyed several top finishes during the season and was recognized as the 2023-2024 Gwynedd Mercy University Male Senior Student-Athlete of the Year at the annual Athletics Senior Award Banquet. He was a member of the Griffins’ relay team that placed second in the 4x400-Meter (2nd, 3:35.49, 8 points, 2nd Team) and first in the 4x100-Meter (1st, 43.35*, 10 points, 1st Team) at the 2024 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Track and Field Championships (May 3 & 4); the latter established a conference record. Soubik also placed sixth in the 100-Meter (6th, 11.61), fifth in the 200-Meter (5th, 22.68), and third in the 400-Meter (3rd, 50.76) at the AEC Championships as he contributed 27 of the Griffins’ 59 points (3^rd of 5, 59 points). He established a personal record in the 60-Meter with his seventh-place time of 7.18 (7^th) at the Bow Tie Invitational (Dec. 8) and was named to the AEC Men’s Track and Field Weekly Honor Roll on March 25 and April 29 for his respective performances at the Purple and Gold Invitational (Mar. 23) and Blue Jay Tune Up (Apr. 26 & 27).

GRADUATE (2024-2025) – Soubik was a member of the 4x400-Meter Relay team that earned All-Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Second Team laurels for their second-place finish (2^nd, 3:33.56, 8 points) at the AEC Men’s Track and Field Championships (May 3 & 4). He also earned an All-AEC Second Team laurel in the 400-Meter Hurdles (2^nd, 1:00.55, 8 points) while compiling 30 points of the Griffins’ 102 points (3^rd of 6) with his additional performances in the 200-Meter (4^th, 23.87, 4 points), 110-Meter Hurdles (4^th, 19.95, 4 points), 400-Meter Hurdles (2^nd, 1:00.55, 8 points), and 4x100-Meter Relay (3^rd, 43.77, 6 points). During the course of the season, Soubik also established personal records in the 800-Meter (14^th, 2:19.92 @ Moravian University Invitational on Jan. 18), 110-Meter Hurdles (4^th, 19.73 @ Gwynedd Mercy University Last Chance Meet on Apr. 27), and 400-Meter Hurdles (2^nd, 1:00.55 @ AEC Men’s Track & Field Championships on May 3 & 4).
