FRESHMAN (2022-2023) - Pauling had a very impressive rookie campaign including a top ten finish and a personal record at the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Championship Meet in the Discus (8th, 28.02, PR on May 5-6) and also an incredible showing at the Muhlenberg Outdoor Invitational (Apr. 1) where he set multiple personal records in the Hammer (19th, 17.92) and the Javelin (24th, 14.25).

SOPHOMORE (2023-2024) – Pauling provided a point toward the Griffins’ third-place finish (3^rd of 5, 59 points) at the 2024 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Track and Field Championships (May 3 & 4) with his performance in the Hammer (6^th, 24.74, 1 point). However, the championship throw was not his best Hammer of the season as he established a personal record with his distance of 25.52 (17^th) at the Billy Butler Invitational (Apr. 13).
