SOPHOMORE (2021) – Atonal’Varela provided his top eight-kilometer (8K) time (26^th, 35:14.6) at the AEC Men’s Cross Country Championship (Oct. 30, 8K). He also finished 213^th (39:40.4) at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 1, 8K), 282^nd (36:57.7) at the Inter-Regional Border Battle (Oct. 16, 8K), seventh (21:39) at the Gwynedd Mercy University End of the Season 5K (Nov. 11), and 139^th (34:16.5) at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) DIII Metro Regional Championships (Nov. 11, 8K).

JUNIOR (2022) – Atonal’Varela participated in all seven events and recorded Top-50 finishes at the Gwynedd Mercy University Invitational (22^nd, 24:34.8, 5K on Sept. 1), PSU Brandywine Invitational (27^th, 23:18.6, 5K on Oct. 22), and the AEC Championship Meet (27^th, 23:18.6, 8K on Oct. 29). He also placed 86^th (22:27.69) at Stockton University’s Osprey Memorial Invitational (5K, Sept. 8), 68^th (35:43.30) at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) Invitational (8K, Sept. 23), 293^rd (36:54.2) at Rowan University’s Border Battle (8K, Oct. 15), and 159^th (36:26) at the NCAA DIII Metro Regional Championship (8K, Nov. 12).

SENIOR (2023) – Atonal’Varela competed in seven of the Griffins’ eight scheduled events. He ran a 18:30.50 in the four-kilometer (4K) season-opener at the Misericordia University Invitational (Sept. 1) and recorded his best 8K time at Lebanon Valley College’s Last Chance Run Fast Meet (Oct. 20), where he placed 120^th with a time of 36:15.99.
