FRESHMAN (2021) – Avellino (20gp-15gs) tied for second on the team in points with five (2 goals, 1 assist). She recorded her first collegiate goal (1-1, 23:29) as the first Gwynedd Mercy University score of a 2-1 win over Arcadia University on October 6 and offered her second (1-0, 20:48) as the game-winning tally in the Griffins’ 2-0 victory over Neumann University on October 20. Her assist came on Gwynedd Mercy University’s second goal (47:05, Filchner) of a 2-0 AEC Field Hockey Opening Round win over #6 Neumann University on October 30.

SOPHOMORE (2022) – Avellino (17gp-17gs) was a major component for the Griffins’ offense as she was named to the All-AEC Second Team and led Gwynedd Mercy University in goals with nine. She also tallied four assists to finish second on the team with 22 points.  Three of Avellino’s goals came with an assist in the Griffins’ 12-0 victory over Bryn Athyn College (Sept. 24), two others came in a 5-0 league win over Neumann University (Oct. 22), and two more served as game winners; Cedar Crest College (W, 2-1 on Sept. 3) and Manhattanville College (W, 6-0 on Oct. 25).

JUNIOR (2023) – In her first season as team captain, Avellino (17gp-17gs) totaled four points with a goal and two assists. Both helpers came in the Griffins’ lone 3-1 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) win over Manhattanville College (W, 3-1 on Oct. 4) and her tally served as the lone Red and Gold goal (6-1, 57:02) in a loss to Muhlenberg College (L, 1-6 on Oct. 18). She finished the season with 13 shots.

SENIOR (2024) – Avellino (18gp-18gs) finished the season with two goals (4 points) on 24 shots (14 on goal); she netted them in the Griffins’ 10-0 win at Elmira College (Sept. 7) and 4-3 loss to FDU-Florham (Oct. 2). Avellino also recorded two defensive saves; the first at Arcadia University (L, 2-7 on Sept. 18) and the second against Moravian University (L, 1-2 on Sept. 25).
