SOPHOMORE (2022) – Ebling (34gp-25gs/11gs-11app) topped the Griffin's starting rotation with a 5-2 record and a 3.86 earned run average (ERA). He allowed 24 earned runs on 53 hits and 28 walks, while striking out 38 over a team-high 56.0 innings of work. Meanwhile, Ebling also made starts in centerfield (4) and at shortstop (11) to provide 13 runs and nine runs-batted-in (RBI) with a .172 (10-for-58)/.284/.259 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line that included two doubles, a home run, eight walks, and a beanball. He also stole five bases (5-of-6, .833).

JUNIOR (2023) - Ebling (34gp-34gs/8gs-9app) was a jack of all trades his junior season for the Griffins. Ebling finished the season 4-3 with a 4.50 earned run average (ERA) with 28 walks and and 39 strikeouts in 50.0 innings pitched. On the offensive side, Ebling finished with a team and career-high four home runs. He also provided career highs in runs (28) and runs-batted-in (19) (RBI) with a .295 (31-for-105)/.406/.486 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line including eight doubles, 14 walks, and seven beanballs. He also stole three bases (3-of-3, 1.000).

SENIOR (2024) - Ebling (37gp-36gs/11gs-11app) was Gwynedd Mercy University's ace as he finished his senior campaign among the league's Top-10 in earned runs allowed (6^th, 20ER), strikeouts (5^th, 53K), walks (3^rd, 14BB), wins (3^rd, 6), complete games (T2^nd, 2CG), innings pitched (2^nd, 74.1IP), and earned run average (2^nd, 2.42 ERA). He stayed in the Griffin lineup as a utility infielder and finished the season with 14 runs and 19 runs-batted-in (RBI) on a .288 (30-for-104)/.378/.433 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line. Ebling was named the AEC Pitcher of the Week on March 11, March 25, and April 29, and earned recognition on the AEC Weekly Honor Roll on March 4. At season’s end, he was named to the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and D3Baseball.com All-Region V Second Teams following his recognition as an Atlantic East Conference (AEC) First Team selection and the AEC Pitcher of the Year. All-time, Ebling ranks among Gwynedd Mercy University’s Top-10 in wins (T7^th, 16), games started (T2^nd, 35), innings pitched (4^th, 205.1), batters faced (4^th, 951), and strikeouts (5^th, 147).
