Biography

FRESHMAN (2026) - Melendez (21gp-15gs) began his debut season as the Griffins’ starting third baseman. He finished the year as a valuable reserve with a .265 (13-of-49)/.429%/.327% (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line that included 10 walks and four beanballs, while producing 10 runs and 10 runs-batted-in (RBI). He stole one base (1-for-2, .500).
