Biography

SOPHOMORE (2022) – Rubin (7gp-1gs/0gs-4app) made his first career start as the designated hitter in the Griffins’ 7-6 (8 innings) loss to Moravian University (Apr. 26); he was 1-for-3 with walk and a run. Rubin finished the season 1-for-5 (.200) with additional pinch-hitting appearances versus Immaculata University (L, 3-13 on Mar. 26) and Marymount University (L, 2-11 on May 12). On the mound, he offered a 7.20 earned run average (ERA) over 5.0 innings of work. Rubin walked three and struck out five in four relief appearances.
