Gwynedd Mercy Plays Penultimate AEC Contest at Neumann University

Aston, Pa. - (4/20/2024) - Gwynedd Mercy University (0-13, 0-5) visited Neumann University (8-8, 3-3) for the penultimate game of their Atlantic East Conference (AEC) and regular season schedules. The Knights established a 11-1 advantage by halftime, but the Griffins gave them a little more trouble in the second half as the final deficit stood at 11 goals; 18-7. Senior attack Caroline Cleary (Chalfont, Pa.) headlined the Red and Gold effort with five points (3 goals, 2 assists), four ground balls, four draw controls, and a caused turnover.

  • Gwynedd Mercy University was 14-of-20 (.700) on the clear. They won 13 draw controls and recovered 17 ground balls.
