Gwynedd Valley, PA - (10/19/22) - The Gwynedd Mercy Men's Soccer Team fell to Centenary University 0-5 on Wednesday afternoon. 

Highlights:

• Sophomore goalkeeper, Shaine Kirby, played aggressively in the net totaling 9 saves on the day. 
• Evan Kirby, Mike McGlinn, Mike Fienman, and Mert Yildirim all attempted to fire up the Griffin offense.
• The Cyclones scored their first goal within the first ten minutes of the game, but then the Griffin defense was able to hold them for 50 minutes, not allowing them to score their second goal until 60:45 into the game. 
• The Griffin midfield and defensive line played as a cohesive unit to slow the relentless Cyclone attack. 

The Griffs will be back in action a week from today when they travel to Cabrini University for a 7pm start.
