true Rosemont, PA. --  Gwynedd Women's Soccer edged out the Griffins in a 1-0 nail-biter on Saturday to earn their 4th win of the season.

The lone score came with 17 minutes left in the first, when Laura Pelczar dropped a pass in for Brianna McDonald to put in the net resulting in the senior forward's first collegiate goal.  

In total, the Griffins had 5 shots on goal, while Molly Fleming saved all 6 shots that she faced. The freshman goalkeeper now has two shutouts on the season.  

The Griffs will be back on the pitch against the Neumann Knights on Wednesday.
