SCRANTON, PA. -- Marywood handed Gwynedd Mercy a 4-0 defeat in an Atlantic East Conference matchup on a rainy afternoon in Scranton.

Cara Romaniello netted a pair of goals for the Pacers, who pulled away with three goals in the second half. GMercyU mustered seven shots as a team, but Marywood fired off 19 of their 28 shots in the second half alone.

Griffin goalie Daniella Repkoe had a career-best 10 save-effort in the loss. Marywood's Bella DiToma made four stops. Desi Rill and Madison Daches also tallied for the Pacers.

Gwynedd Mercy plays at Neumann this Saturday in a big AEC contest beginning at 4 p.m.
