PHILADELPHIA -- Defending champion Gwynedd Mercy will get an opportunity to win their fifth-straight title as the top-seeded Griffins took down #4 Clarks Summit, 5-0, in a semifinal match of the 2018 Colonial States Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Team Tournament Friday morning. The match was played at the Legacy Tennis Center.

GMercyU swept through all three doubles matches, to go up 3-0. The match is played until one team gets to five wins in the best-of-nine format.

In singles action, Robyn Belen scored a 6-0, 6-0 victory at #4 singles. Jenna Trythall was able to close the match out with her straight-set win at #6 singles.

Gwynedd Mercy awaits the winner of Immaculata/Marywood match for tomorrow's championship here at Legacy starting at 5:30 p.m.
