RADNOR, PA. -- The Gwynedd Mercy University Women's Soccer team hit the road on Saturday traveling to the defending CSAC champions Cabrini in a rematch of last season's conference championship with an ironic 1-1 tie.

Sophomore
Jess Tadley (Cherry Hill, N.J. / Cherry Hill West) had a career day in goal for Gwynedd as she recorded 13 saves to set a new career high. Her counterpart Marissa Jenkins stopped four shots for the Cavaliers.
In last year's title game, the teams officially tied 1-1 but it was Cabrini who took the championship with a win in penalty kicks.
The Griffins return to the road on Thursday as they play at Cairn University. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
