RADNOR, PA. – Three second-half goals was the difference in a 4-0 win by Cabrini over the Griffins in a CSAC matchup.

A.J. Bishop netted a pair of goals for Cabrini (5-5-2, 2-0 CSAC) who extended the Gwynedd (4-8-1, 0-2 CSAC) winless streak to three games.

The Griffins trailed, 1-0, in a close first half where the Cavaliers held a 6-5 shooting edge. In the second, GM would again register five shots, but Cabrini fired off 12 resulting in goals in the 60th, 72nd, and 74th minutes.

Sophomore goalie Greg Gengaro (Bloomsbury, N.J./Phillipsburg) and Matt Chilcote (Carlisle, Pa./Cumberland Valley) split each half and combined to make four saves. Cavalier keeper Eric Nowicki also would make four stops.

Gwynedd Mercy plays at Cairn on Wednesday in conference action starting at 4 p.m.
