HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – Centenary's Laura Potter lone goal in the first half proved to be the difference as Gwynedd-Mercy lost 1-0 to the Cyclones in a Colonial States Athletic Conference Game on Saturday.

The Griffins (4-7-2, 1-2-2 CSAC) were outshot, 20-8, for the game and had four corner kicks to Centenary's eight.

Jess Tadley (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill West) tried to keep GM in the contest as the freshman goalie made nine saves. Cyclone keeper Megan Williams recorded three saves.

Potter scored at the 12:21 mark of the first, putting in a pass from Sara Smith.

Senior Meghan Bojanowski (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert) had three of the eight shots for GM.

Gwynedd-Mercy will get back at it on Tuesday when they travel to Cedar Crest for another conference tilt .
