GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- Freshman Maria Karidas (Richboro, Pa./Council Rock South) scored her second goal of the game with under one second left in regulation to send the game into overtime where Sarah Jackson (Sewell, N.J./Washington Twp.) ended it just 15 seconds into the extra session to give the Griffins a thrilling 4-3 non-conference win over York Saturday afternoon.

Along with the freshman duo's goals, sophomore Kelsey Deveney (Dalton, Pa./Lackawanna Trail) added the team's first tally as the Griffins (12-6).

Sophomore Kaylin Bassett (Columbus, N.J./Northern Burlington) recorded 10 saves in the win.

Gwynedd has their final regular season game at Keystone on Tuesday. The winner will clinch the #2 seed in the upcoming CSAC Tournament and an all-important first-round bye.
